Every enquiry is matched to its nearest participating practice by real driving distance. You are only sent patients you can realistically see.

Patients are handed to a financing partner before they reach you, so the cases that land in your chair have already cleared that hurdle.

Clinical control stays yours

Alignique makes no clinical judgement. Evaluation, treatment planning, additional procedures and final costs are entirely your decision.

Apply to join

Tell us about your practice. We will email you straight away with a link to book a short introductory call, where we walk you through the Dental Professional Partner Program.

What happens after the call

  1. If you decide to proceed, we send the Provider Agreement for signature.
  2. We verify that your state dental licence is active and in good standing.
  3. You add Alignique, LLC as an additional insured and send us the certificate of insurance, which we review and approve.
  4. You enrol with both of our affiliated patient-financing partners.
  5. You complete a short process training and acknowledge the procedures.

Your practice becomes an active provider — and starts receiving patients — only once all of the above are complete and approved by Alignique.
